Are all the RECIPES gluten free?
Yes, all of my recipes are gluten free, and mostly grain free.
Do you follow a specific diet like paleo, vegan, etc.?
I don’t follow a specific diet, I just stay away from common food sensitivities like gluten, refined sugar, soy, etc., . I do label the recipes if they fall into a specific category like paleo or vegan. That way anyone who follows a specific diet can easily navigate the recipes according to their needs.
What if there is an ingredient i can’t have?
I usually incorporate alternatives so you can pick some of the ingredients to accommodate your needs. Of course if there is a ingredient that you can’t have and there is no swap, then it may not be the recipe for you. Of course you’re always free to experiment to make the recipe so you can have it.
Do I need to be a good cook in order to make the recipes successfully?
No, you don’t have to be a seasoned cook to make my recipes successfully. Generally my recipes are pretty basic, but anyone can have a recipe not turn out, even if its your own! So don’t feel bad if a recipe doesn’t come out.
What does clean skin care and COSMETICS mean?
Generally it means products that are free from chemicals, dyes, synthetics, etc. and mostly made of natural ingredients.
